Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance professional to manage routine and preventive maintenance across multiple Phoenix-area locations. You will work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ensuring reliability of critical infrastructure and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of facilities experience in retail/manufacturing, strong knowledge of building systems, and the ability to read manuals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in facilities management, building maintenance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive facilities or maintenance experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial environments
• Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment across multiple locations within assigned territory
• Ensure reliability of critical systems including lighting, emergency power, security, and safety systems across all assigned properties
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption to operations
• Maintain building exteriors, grounds, and common areas to company brand standards
