Job summary

Flow is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will manage maintenance, budgets, safety, and vendor relationships, traveling regularly to sites to ensure Flow standards are met.

The role requires strong technical expertise and leadership to mentor onsite teams, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high service levels for residents and properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, engineering, or maintenance leadership across multiple properties.
• Experience overseeing operations across multiple properties or locations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Regional Operations: provide technical and operational support to facilities teams across multiple communities.
• Ensure preventative maintenance, work orders, unit turns, and repairs are executed.
• Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and audits to verify standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance service delivery.
• Support General Managers and onsite leadership teams with facilities-related challenges.
• Monitor the performance, maintenance, and uptime of critical building systems.
• Manage relationships with service providers and contractors across the portfolio.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
