Job summary

Flow seeks a Director of Engineering to oversee building operations, maintenance performance, and critical systems across a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will lead engineering teams, coordinate with General Managers, and ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with Flow standards.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, budgeting oversight, and strong vendor relationships to optimize service delivery and resident experience across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance leadership experience
• Experience overseeing operations across multiple properties or locations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, elevators, and life-safety systems
• Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA/NFPA codes and building standards

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets
• Ensure life-safety and code compliance across properties
