Job summary

Flow is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and critical systems across a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will partner with General Managers and onsite teams to ensure safe, efficient operations that meet Flow standards.

The ideal candidate has strong technical and leadership skills, can walk a mechanical room, review budgets, analyze metrics, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, engineering, or maintenance leadership experience within multifamily, hospitality, or related industry.
• Experience overseeing operations across multiple properties or locations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Experience using property management platforms such as Yardi.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to facilities teams across multiple communities.
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs, work orders, unit turns, and repairs are executed.
• Conduct periodic property visits, inspections, and audits to verify compliance with Flow standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements for service delivery and resident experience.
• Assist GMs and onsite leadership with facilities-related challenges and escalations.
