You will serve as the operational leader for engineering teams, partnering with site leaders to ensure safety, efficiency, and Flow standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or facilities leadership across multiple properties.
• Experience managing budgets and maintenance expenditures.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight of engineering teams across multiple communities.
• Lead preventative maintenance, unit turns, and major repairs.
• Monitor critical building systems and drive uptime.
• Manage vendor contracts, bids, and performance reviews.
• Support safety training and regulatory compliance.
