Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a large portfolio and provide senior operational support across CBRE properties. You’ll oversee mechanical and maintenance staff, develop policies, and ensure quality control while driving safety and efficiency.

In this role you’ll manage budgets, plan capital expenditures, and coordinate with clients to meet service level agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a minimum of eight years related experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Professional designation such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM preferred.
• Active real estate and/or Professional Engineer license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large portfolio or client account and provide senior technical and operational support.
• Plan, budget, and control operating and capital expenditures.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Develop and implement policies for building maintenance and operations.
• Identify opportunities for new business development and client satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and performance metrics.
