CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead a large portfolio, providing senior technical and operational oversight across multiple properties for one of the world’s largest retailers. You will direct budgets, maintenance strategies and staff development to ensure high-quality facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM preferred.
• Active real estate and/or PE license may be required.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to write reports and present complex topics clearly.
• Experience with financial planning and budget management.
• Understanding of leases and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large portfolio or client account and provide senior technical and operational support.
• Manage planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
• Oversee preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Direct alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of properties as needed.
• Identify opportunities, pursue new business development and proposals.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, timely property reports and performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop staff; manage recruitment and performance reviews.
• Maintain safety, policy compliance and safety training requirements.
