Job summary

You will coordinate building maintenance requests, manage CMMS workflows, and collaborate with procurement to drive cost savings while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in center renovation or facilities management.
• Familiar with building upkeep, electrical, plumbing, heating, and security systems.
• Experience managing CMMS for work orders, inventory, and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and shift priorities.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets for ongoing or new facility needs.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and safety procedures such as Lock-Out/Tag-Out.
• Experience working in a rapid-paced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to or beyond 60% for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and plan the upkeep of facilities at local centers.
• Act as the primary resource for coordinating and executing building maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with company standardization and procurement teams to drive initiatives that improve operating methods and achieve financial savings.
• Provide support and participate in the execution of capital and specialty projects.
• Communicate project updates to leadership and demonstrate robust communication and organizational capabilities.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance, reporting metrics such as KPIs, cost, equipment performance, and construction upkeep standards.
• Work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
