Job summary

AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep our facilities across the New York metropolitan area clean, safe and esthetically pleasing. The role includes light repairs and errands to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms four times daily, maintaining supplies, waste disposal, receiving packages, and assisting with medical waste under OSHA guidelines. Exterior upkeep and safety are also required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months maintenance or service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Service and clean bathrooms 4 times daily; maintain soap, towels, and supplies.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and proper disposal of waste and spills.
• Receive packages and assist with delivering items around the Center.
• Assist with containment/disposal of medical waste per OSHA guidelines.
• Keep exterior areas clean and safe, including snow removal and signage.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
