Qualifications

• Experience working with unionized teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ASPCA’s facilities staff and operations across multiple locations.
• Lead and coach a team of Facilities Managers.
• Ensure adherence to safety/compliance programs.

Skills

Leadership across multiple locations

Knowledge of building systems

Proficient in CMMS/work order platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field

Facilities Management qualifying certificate
