Job summary

The Area Facilities Maintenance Manager at Rumpke Waste & Recycling will lead capital projects and oversee preventive maintenance across the Columbus region, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability of facilities.

You will partner with regional leadership, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvements while coordinating with operations to minimize disruption. This role requires strong collaboration and supervision of 1–5 staff, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and external partners.
