Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, driving adoption of our All-in-One financial services platform across the field.

You will train and empower agents, coordinate events, and nurture relationships with financial professionals to help clients navigate their financial journeys with expertise and care. The role requires travel, licensing within 90 days, and a commitment to ongoing development in a fast-paced, multilingual

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred.
• New hires must obtain proper licensing within the first 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and one of Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities.
• Local and out-of-state traveling is required to attend events and visit potential prospects.
• Ability to work on weekends i.e., once a month to support local seminars and events.
• Growth mindset and professional etiquette for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote our All-in-One service platform for insurance agents as part of recruiting efforts.
• Recruit agents and financial professionals through outreach, events, and visits.
• Serve as a contact to build relationships and participate in events, booths, and distribute materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients' financial needs.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition concepts.
• Support agents with insurance sales and transactions, including scheduling medical exams and collecting data.
• Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist with regional office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
