Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents and promote our All-in-One financial services platform. You will recruit agents, provide ongoing development and support, and empower them to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Travel to events is required, and weekend availability may be needed to support local seminars and promotions. Join a multilingual, multicultural team with licensing support and professional development opportunities,

Qualifications

Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; must obtain within 90 days.
Bilingual: English plus Mandarin, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
3–5 years of sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion.
Local and out-of-state travel required to attend events and visit prospects.
Available to work weekends (once a month) to support local seminars and events.

Responsibilities

Recruit agents and promote All-in-One service platform to insurance agents and financial professionals.
Conduct outreach via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents and professionals.
Serve as primary contact to build relationships, set up booths, and distribute materials at events.
Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial goals.
Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition concepts.
Support agents with insurance sales, including scheduling medical exams and collecting data.
Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
Assist Regional Internal Specialist to ensure regional office operations.
