Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. in Bellevue, WA seeks a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents within our All-in-One financial services platform. You will empower agents with the tools and guidance needed to excel, representing the firm at events and seminars.

Key duties include outreach to recruit, education on retirement and wealth planning, supporting insured transactions, and staying current with product knowledge. Occasional travel and weekend events are required.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state.
• Available for weekend events about once a month.
• Growth mindset with professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Promote All-in-One service platform to insurance agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting efforts.
• Outreach to prospects via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Build relationships, participate in events, set up booths, and distribute promotional materials.
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' needs.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition.
• Support life agents with insurance sales and scheduling medical exams.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
• Support Regional Internal Specialist with assigned regional tasks.
