Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. in Canada seeks a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, promoting the All-in-One financial services platform and guiding them through the client journey.

You will travel to events, conduct outreach, set up booths, and educate on retirement planning while coordinating with regional teams to ensure smooth operations. Licensing is preferred; bilingual English and Chinese required.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health and Accident Insurance preferred; obtain within first 90 days
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, or related activities
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state for events and visits
• Ability to work weekends once a month to support local seminars and events

Responsibilities

• Promote All-in-One service platform for agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting efforts
• Reach out to prospects via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents
• Serve as contact point to build relationships and participate in events, booths and distribution of materials
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial needs
• Educate agents on retirement planning concepts and wealth transition
• Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and transactions including scheduling exams
• Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist to ensure smooth regional office operations
