Job summary

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and own office readiness, staffing, and compliance to drive business outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results, client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal prep.
