Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Senior Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience and strong operational execution.

This hands-on, visible role balances strategic oversight with in-office leadership to improve service delivery and business results across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive process adoption, and manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations to sustain growth and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with coaching and accountability.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing and compliance.
• Own office readiness, facilities, equipment, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
