Job summary

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations for service and performance, and drive business results with disciplined execution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail/service/operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results across multiple locations and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with visible client-centric leadership.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, performance outcomes, and real-time feedback to strengthen team execution.
• Own office readiness and day-to-day operations including staffing, facilities, and compliance across locations.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve business results and client acquisition/retention.
