Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will set expectations for consultative service, drive execution, lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, and balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of teams across multiple units with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and experience delivering consultative service.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable to results.
• Experience driving business and financial performance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with consistency.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for performance.
• Provide behavior-based coaching and real-time feedback to teams.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operating results across offices.
• Monitor metrics and take actions to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Manage daily operations: staffing, scheduling, compliance, SOPs, service delivery.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand with staffing and facilities readiness.
