Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and provide expert guidance in a welcoming environment.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, ensure office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance, and drive revenue

• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience
• Proven ability to drive business results across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring consistent client experience across locations
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; reinforce strengths and close gaps
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals
• Manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations
• Drive revenue, growth and operational performance across offices
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and act to improve client acquisition and retention
