You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, reinforce accountability, and maintain an in-person presence to guide performance and client outcomes. Day to day, you’ll own staffing, facilities, compliance, and readiness for seasonal demand, travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Own office and workforce readiness for seasonal demand.
