Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and drive performance and business results with hands-on leadership.

You will manage office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations while traveling between offices to maintain an in-person presence and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of leading multi-location teams in retail/service/operations.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience and driving business results.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and client acquisition.
