Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands‑on presence, and own office readiness, staffing, and compliance.

You’ll drive performance, develop bench strength, and align priorities to improve client outcomes and business results while traveling between offices to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required within a multi-unit environment.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations setting with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results while managing daily multi-site operations, including labor management.
• Change leadership experience with adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across locations and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communications skills, including handling escalations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices to maintain in-person presence.
