H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistently outstanding client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing, operations, and compliance, and drive performance across locations.

As a visible, hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, develop bench strength, and own revenue and growth across your offices while delivering a high‑quality client journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail or service with accountability.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff across locations.
• Strong client-centric service delivery and experience optimization.
• Experience managing operations, staffing, and compliance across offices.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and apply insights.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide actionable coaching using real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and readiness.
