H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high‑quality client experience and strong operational execution across locations.

In this hands‑on, visible leadership role, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, and travel frequently to sustain in‑person leadership and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing and compliance.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, supplies, and recruitment for readiness.
