Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistently exceptional client experience across locations.

You’ll align consultative service, operations, and performance, and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver accuracy, warmth, and efficiency. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, travel between offices, and the ability to drive revenue, people development, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to lead multi-unit teams and drive performance.
• Strong client-centric approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns and address gaps to develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve business results and client acquisition.
