H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience, and coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, own office readiness and day‑to‑day operations, and travel frequently to maintain strong in‑person presence across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-unit teams.
• Proven ability to drive performance across locations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 assigned offices, ensuring standards are executed with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations, using insights to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors across offices.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching to performance.
• Own office readiness including staffing, facilities, and compliance.
