Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations with outcomes accountability.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Proven track record delivering business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching informed by demonstrated behaviors and real‑time feedback.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and high‑potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and take actions to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal prep.
