H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set clear expectations, and drive operational excellence while ensuring readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative service delivery.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations, including labor management.
• Ability to adapt to change and prioritize competing demands across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Prepare for seasonal demand with office readiness and workforce planning.
