Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and business results while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, driving office readiness, staffing, and compliance across offices to deliver exceptional client outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4-6 assigned offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals by setting expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, performance outcomes, and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
