• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail or service environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices.
• Ability to schedule, staff, and ensure office readiness.

• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
