H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance across locations.

As a visible, hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, drive revenue and performance, and own office readiness including staffing, facilities, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to drive business results while managing daily operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to improve performance.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve results.
• Lead staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations across offices.
• Develop bench strength and high-potential talent for future leadership.
