H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistently high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and performance, aligning teams to drive results and client confidence.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and ensure office readiness, staffing, and compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.
