H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operations, and results, and drive performance with hands‑on leadership.

You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with in‑office presence, and align staffing, facilities, and compliance to deliver strong client outcomes and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting expectations, coaching, and accountability.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength and talent across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance, trends, and actions to improve results.
