Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with measurable outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations.
• Ability to lead through change and adopt new processes.
• Capable of independent judgment across multiple locations.
• Experience in facilities, staffing, or compliance management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to resolve client escalations.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work a schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to performance targets.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and implement actions for results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, labor, and compliance are aligned.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities, equipment, and seasonal preparation.
