Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead a high-performing regional team of District Sales Managers and support the launch and growth of the first wholly owned commercial product for sHTG beyond FCS. The role reports to the U.S.

Head of Sales and requires strategic vision, hiring and coaching across the region to drive compliant customer experiences. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, understand cardiometabolic disease

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Biology or related field; or business-related field.
• MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Total 15+ years of cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences (pharma/biotech).
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex healthcare environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional teams to achieve brand goals with compliant customer experiences.
• Develop and execute regional strategic plans and account plans.
• Coach, motivate and develop District Managers and CAS teams to deliver results.

Ausbildung
