Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience leading field access managers.
• Experience with pharmacy benefit reimbursement and SP.
• Willingness to travel ~50% within territory.
• Must live within assigned geography.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Field Access Managers (FAMs) in various geographies.
• Support FAMs in payer requirements, patient support offerings and SP processes.
• Serve as strategic liaison between internal stakeholders, Regional Executive Directors and FAMs.
• Collaborate with Regional Executive Directors to align customer engagement and delineation of Sales and Access.
• Provide field-based insights to inform payer strategy and affordability programs.
• Analyze access barriers and address them with available tools and resources.
• Develop metrics and reporting tools to evaluate Field Access Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure high standards of patient access and compliance.
• Monitor reimbursement trends, payer coverage and changes in access environment.
