Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead a field-based team of District Managers and Clinical Account Specialists in launching and growing Ionis’ first wholly owned commercial product for sHTG. The role reports to the U.S.

Head of Sales and emphasizes strategic vision, coaching, hiring, and high accountability for results. The successful candidate will partner with senior cross-functional teams to address customer needs, ensure compliant customer/patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Total 15+ years of cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences (pharma/biotech).
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic plans across complex healthcare environments.
