Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Regional Executive Chef to provide hands-on culinary and operational leadership across multiple upscale, full-service restaurant concepts. This role coaches Executive Chefs, builds high-performing teams, and drives excellence across locations.

The ideal candidate will travel regionally, mentor kitchens through service, and collaborate with culinary leadership to continuously improve performance and guest experiences across growing restaurant concepts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on culinary leadership across multiple upscale concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing Executive Chefs into strong leaders.
• Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, inventory, and P&L.
• Comfortable traveling regionally and supporting new openings.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary and operational leadership across multiple upscale locations.
• Coach and develop Executive Chefs and BOH leadership teams.
• Identify operational opportunities and ensure quality and guest experience.
• Partner with leadership to drive financial performance and cost controls.
• Oversee hiring, training, and succession planning for restaurant teams.
• Lead visits, coaching in service, and implement improvement plans.
• Assist with new openings, menu rollouts, and recipe implementation.
• Travel regionally to maximize impact across sites.
