Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Regional Executive Chef for the North East Region in Sports + Entertainment. The role requires culinary leadership, strong communication, and talent development across multiple facilities.

Travel up to 65% and oversight of culinary programs, standardization, and safety initiatives. In addition, lead menu development and VIP event planning, while partnering with regional leadership to drive revenue and quality.

Qualifications

• AOS/BS in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary experience.
• Minimum 10 years culinary experience in hotels or restaurants with management.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional culinary programs and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, and develop culinary leadership in the region.
• Coordinate chef onboarding and seasonal openings.
• Develop nationwide concepts with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing on on-trend food concepts.
• Ensure safety, HACCP and sanitation programs.
• Support VIP events and menu development.
• Mentor executive chefs and provide performance feedback.
• Assist in sales proposals and presentations.
• Drive cost/quality improvements and standardization.
