Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Regional Culinary Manager to lead culinary excellence and operational consistency across a multi-unit portfolio in the East Region. You will coach Executive Chefs, shape menu strategy, and drive financial performance while aligning with client expectations and enterprise programs.

The role requires extensive travel (approximately 80%) across the region and a flexible schedule to support weekends, holidays, and events.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in hospitality or contract services.
Experience leading multi-unit culinary teams and driving standards across locations.
Demonstrated expertise in menu development, food cost management, and culinary innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence culinary teams across locations to ensure excellence in quality and execution.
Drive regional culinary standards, recipes, and guest experience expectations.
Mentor Executive Chefs and culinary leaders to strengthen capabilities.
Partner with Operations to identify performance improvements and implement action plans.
Support openings, transitions, renovations, and peak events with readiness and consistency.
