Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Executive to lead and grow a presence in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through strategic partnerships with retail agencies, insurance carriers, and digital affiliates. This role requires a strong background in insurance distribution, business development, and relationship management. The Regional Executive will play a pivotal role in achieving submission, premium production, and loss ratio goals while serving as a key representative of the organization in the industry.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience and location) + equity opportunities

Responsibilities
- Achieve annual gross written premium and submission business plan for the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agencies, insurance carriers, and digital affiliates to drive submission volume for admitted products.
- Conduct a minimum of 12+ customer visits weekly, with a mix of in-person (60%) and virtual (40%) meetings.
- Identify trends and customer needs to build a robust sales pipeline aligned with the annual business plan.
- Serve as a key external representative of the organization at broker visits and industry events.
- Set and track new business production goals with key broker and strategic partners, providing regular updates and adjustments to plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the field underwriting team to maximize regional production.
- Identify and execute book roll opportunities for current and new product offerings.
- Provide feedback to enhance sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Complete continuing education courses or industry designations to maintain subject-matter expertise.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or insurance distribution, including managing broker or agency relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and production goals.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with an acceptable motor vehicle record and proof of auto insurance.
