Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, tournament operations, sports management, facility management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent communication with strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate staffing for assigned events, including site directors and event staff.
• Arrange staff travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) and communicate schedules.
• Oversee event logistics (equipment, supplies, signage, technology) and deadlines.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for staff, teams, facilities, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate facility and day-of needs (courts, tables, concessions, branding, admissions).
• Troubleshoot issues and document improvements after events.
