Zoom is seeking an Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end execution of virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, webinars, and hospitality activations. You will own the regional events calendar and coordinate cross-functional campaigns with Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing to drive pipeline growth.

Candidates will bring 3+ years in B2B event marketing, strong logistics management, and exceptional organizational skills.

Competenze

3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
Hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality events.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Willingness to travel 10%+ and comfort with the pace and demands of live event execution.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including customer experience events, digital engagement series, and online community activations.
Coordinate event campaign creation, enable sales, and collaborate with marketing operations on pages and emails.
Serve as the central communications hub across multiple marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Own the regional marketing calendar and ensure alignment with the AMER marketing plan.
Track program performance across attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
Develop post-event insights and recommendations to elevate the event portfolio.
