Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to lead end-to-end virtual and live events across the Americas, collaborating with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing teams. You’ll own the regional events calendar and drive cross-functional campaign timing and execution for the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Qualifications

3+ years in B2B marketing and event marketing including virtual and live events.
Experience managing event logistics end to end (venue, registrations, on-site).
Strong project management and ability to handle multiple programs.
Willingness to travel 10%+.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including customer events, digital engagement series, online community activations, and executive briefings.
Coordinate event campaign creation, partner with field marketing managers on sales enablement, and build landing pages and email communications.
Serve as the central communications hub across the marketing team, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
Own the regional marketing calendar and ensure alignment with the broader AMER marketing plan.
Track program performance across attendee engagement, NPS, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
Develop post-event insights and recommendations to elevate the event portfolio.
