Job summary

NMSS National Multiple Sclerosis Society in the Southeast Region seeks a seasoned Event Production professional to lead regional execution, translating national strategies into practical plans. You will drive logistics, vendor coordination, and field execution, collaborating with directors to ensure high-quality events. Travel within the market and occasional regional/in enterprise meetings are required. Knowledge Expert level; nonprofit experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Event Production experience including 3–5 years in management/operations.
• Experience creating strategic production plans and budget development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional lead for logistics, vendor coordination, site planning, and onsite production.
• Translate national event strategies into regionally tailored plans with local insights.
• Collaborate with leadership to secure labor and vendor support for events in the portfolio.
• Work with regional leaders to deliver high-impact events and maintain brand standards.
• Act as primary regional liaison to chapter teams for event operations support.
• Oversee regional budgets and track expenses and invoices.
• Maintain documentation and performance metrics for regional execution.
• Develop comprehensive execution plans including staffing and contingency planning.
• Support nationwide standards and safety protocols across events.
