Job summary

The National MS Society is seeking a skilled regional Event Production lead to drive logistics, vendor coordination, site planning, and on-site execution across the Southeast market. You will translate national strategies into regionally tailored plans and ensure high-quality delivery at events.

You will partner with regional leadership, manage budgets, and maintain brand integrity while overseeing staffing, contingency planning, and performance metrics to ensure successful campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in event production or event management/operations.
• Experience leading large teams across multiple events.
• Non-profit sector experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional lead for logistics, vendor coordination, site planning, and on-site production.
• Translate national event strategies into regionally tailored plans with local insights.
• Source labor and vendor support for events in your portfolio in collaboration with leadership.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver high-impact events and maintain brand standards.
