Job summary

The National MS Society is seeking a regional Event Producer to lead the execution of event logistics, vendor coordination, site planning, and onsite production in the Southeast market.

You will translate national strategies into regionally tailored plans, collaborate with leadership, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure safe, high-quality events across multiple projects while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Event Production experience including 3-5 years in an event management/operations position.
• Non-profit experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop strategic event plans, manage budgets, coach staff, and handle risk/crisis management for safe events.
• Leadership experience guiding large teams through multiple events from concept to execution.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities and align teams to achieve results.
• Strong team player with experience delivering event initiatives.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze outcomes and adapt strategies.
• Results oriented, detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional lead for logistics, vendor coordination, site planning, and onsite production.
• Translate national event strategies into regionally tailored plans with local insights.
• Work with the Director of Vendor Management and Production to secure labor and vendor support.
• Collaborate with RVP and regional leaders to deliver high-impact events.
• Act as primary regional liaison to chapter teams for event ops support.
• Support budget oversight by tracking regional event expenses and vendor invoices.
• Maintain docs and performance metrics for regional event execution.
• Lead execution plans for assigned events, including staffing and contingency planning.
• Uphold national standards, safety, and brand integrity in events.
• Collaborate with AVP and regional teams to resolve logistics challenges.
