Sugared + Bronzed is seeking a Regional Trainer to ensure consistency of services across markets. You will work with Training, Area Managers, and Store Directors to identify and develop new talent, ensuring clients leave feeling flawless.

The role requires esthetician/cosmetology licensing and experience in sugaring, with a strong focus on customer service and team motivation. Full-time with opportunities for mobility within the company.

Qualifications

• Esthetician or cosmetology license required.
• Experience in sugaring preferred; hair removal experience required.
• Strong customer service mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Standardize training procedures for Airbrush Technicians and Sugaristas across markets.
• Coordinate ongoing education to keep skills aligned with service standards.
• Clarify expectations and responsibilities to reinforce role definitions.
• Lead training for new locations to ensure consistent service delivery.
