SUGARED + BRONZED is redefining hair removal with a proprietary sugaring method and airbrush tanning services. We seek energetic Sugaristas to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences in a welcoming environment.

Expect paid training, consistent 7-hour shifts (part-time and full-time), high client volume to build speed, competitive hourly pay plus gratuity, and quarterly bonus opportunities with growth as we open new locations.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician or cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Sugaring experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring including Brazilian and bikini.
• Educate clients on process and aftercare.
• Greet, check in/out clients with booking system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and products; handle opening/closing tasks.
• Learn service, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages about appointments.
